1. You can submit your information below. I will call you to discuss your situation to see how I can help you.
2. We will schedule a walkthrough for your preferred date and time.
3. During the walkthrough, you can share with me as much as you know about the house. For example, what renovations you know are needed, and what kind of help you need in relocating. I’ll need this information before making a decision.
4. If it ends up being a solid purchase for me and a good solution for you, I will make you an offer within 48-72 hours.
5. From there, we’ll negotiate terms and work on setting a date for closing. 

We are still very much in a seller’s market. Rents and housing prices are high. Housing inventory is still low. I will be buying properties in and around Washtenaw County.
